Experience the vegan lifestyle, which has much more to offer than just gastronomy. Veganism also encompasses a way of thinking and reflecting on the choices we make in everyday life, such as choosing organic products and doing activities that are “cruelty-free”.

The benefits of vegetarianism have been evident throughout all cultures. A diet based primarily on plant products has kept the human population fed for millions of years. With the global population growing at an alarming rate and resources decreasing at an alarming rate, vegetarianism is considered by many to be the solution to many of mankind’s problems and will greatly influence the future of the generations to come.

Your Green Tour

The meeting point will be at Cais do Sodré, in Lisbon, where we will start a 100% vegetable gastronomic tour. Discover the light of Lisbon in a walk as unique as the city itself. This 3-hour experience will allow you to discover the culture through its gastronomy, with a vegan touch. From the traditional steak sandwich “Bifana” made with seitan and vegan cheese, to the mouth-watering “Chapakle” sweets. You can enjoy a wide variety of favourite local dishes with a glass of wine or vegan drink. During the tour we will go to four different restaurants, each with its own unique style.

After our gastronomic tour, we will have a Vegan Friendly Hotel away from the confusion of the capital, where we will be able to rest. Here we will be surrounded by nature and with stunning ocean views.

Nothing better than a good, nutritious, healthy breakfast to start the day. Next, we’ll take a yoga class surrounded by nature.

After lunch, we will take an ecological walk organized by the hotel, where we will walk through conservation areas and isolated beaches.

Back at the hotel, we will do one more of your ecological experiences: an alkaline cooking workshop. In this workshop, you will learn about this type of cuisine and how it can inspire and help you to have more energy and heal your body. You will prepare a 3-course menu together with the Chef and then you can enjoy your own dinner.

We start the day with another delicious breakfast. After two days full of activities, we offer a treatment, where you will receive an ayurvedic massage with reflexology and essential oils and sound therapy, with Tibetan cries and tuning forks at specific points of the body. Alternatively, you can opt for a full body massage with organic lavender essential oil and a light touch to promote deep relaxation and relieve daily stress.

Once regained, it is time to return home and look forward to the next experience.
