Green City Break Lisbon

We start the first day with a Welcome Drink in an eco hotel in Lisbon and with a nice dinner in the capital. Let’s enjoy what the alphabet night offers, enjoying the city through a guided tour of the historical area.

After breakfast and to enjoy the fresh morning, we will take an E-bike tour around Lisbon’s west side, passing by Martim Moniz Square, the starting point of the legendary tram 28, an attraction overlooking São Jorge Castle that you can’t miss in Lisbon. If you prefer, you can opt for something more “comfortable” and explore the city of Twizy with GPS Audio Guide, touring the typical neighborhoods of Alfama and Chiado, passing by the Tower of Belém and the Monastery of Jerónimos, not forgetting to stop to taste the famous Pastéis de Belém! To end your day in beauty, nothing better than a beautiful dinner at a Casa de Fados, a Portuguese musical style that since 2011 is considered Cultural and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.

We finish this escapade with a visit to EVOA – Bird Watching and Visiting Space, located in the heart of the most important wetland area, between Lezíria and the Tagus Estuary. In order to guarantee the tranquility of the birds and to maximize their experience and comfort in the visitation, three observatories are available in the lagoons, several camouflaged observation points and an Interpretation Centre. After the observation of the various species of birds that feed or take refuge in the ditches, agricultural fields and lezíria pastures, it is time for a pleasant lunch in a typical Restaurant in the region, returning to Lisbon at the end.
